A Viable Spiritual Career Path

You probably never thought about sainthood as your vocation because of common wrong perceptions of saints:
•    Must be a priest or a nun
•    Must lead boring contemplative lives
•    Must do lots of menial tasks without complaints
•    Must suffer much through sickness, injustice or attacks by evil spirits
•    Must be super holy and never sin

The above is a long way from the Truth - longer than iPhone queues!
•    St. Gianna Beretta Molla was an accomplished doctor and was married with 4 children.
•    St. Thomas More is a rich lawyer and a powerful politician.
•    St. Joan of Arc led massive armies and helped the King of France regain his kingdom.
•    St. Augustine of Hippo indulged in parties, had an affair and even fathered a son but eventually went on to become one of the greatest saints of all time!

"Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matt 11:29-30)

"Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God." (2 Cor 7:1)

Come And See - "The Chosen" Jesus TV Series

It has been a long while since I last binge-watched any series because I really need my beauty sleep but I gave it all up for " The Chosen ": Rated a super impressive 100% by RottenTomatoes and 9.7 by IMDb , this unique crowdfunded TV series has 158 million views to date (and still increasing every second!).
